The following is a quick index of the various insurance plans available to members of the State Bar of Texas and their eligible employees through the State Bar of Texas Insurance Trust. You will find summary information related to each of the plans on our Website by clicking on the links below. Our Website enables you to request complete brochures for each plan, or view them online. You may also download a claim, enrollment, addition of a newborn form or change of beneficiary form or request that the appropriate forms be mailed to you.

Health Plans We provide health plan options for both individual attorneys and law firms. For rates, please contact our office. To request a Market Search with other carriers please complete the appropriate Market Quote Form. Effective May 15, 2008 small employer law firms (2-50 employees) can elect to offer domestic partner coverage as an option under any small employer health insurance plan underwritten by Aetna. Dental Insurance Small groups can choose between a managed dental plan and a traditional dental plan. Attached are examples of Aetna's dental plans, along with a list of other carriers available for quoting. For other small group carrier rates and plan designs please contact our office.
